These Terms and Conditions govern your interactions with North American Calendering (“NAC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including orders, services, website use, and communications.
1. Services
NAC provides custom rubber calendering, slitting, cutting, and related services. All services are subject to material availability and capacity.
2. Orders, Pricing & Payment
- Quotes are valid as specified.
- Orders are binding upon our acceptance.
- Standard payment terms: net 30 days (subject to credit approval). Late payments may accrue interest.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is typically FOB our Mansfield, TX facility. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
4. Warranties
Materials are warranted to meet agreed specifications at shipment. All other warranties are disclaimed. You are responsible for testing suitability.
5. Limitation of Liability
NAC’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific materials. We are not liable for consequential or indirect damages.
6. SMS Communications
SMS use is governed by our Privacy Policy. By providing your phone number, you consent to operational/transactional SMS via Twilio as described in the Privacy Policy. You may opt out by replying STOP.
7. Governing Law
Governed by Texas law. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
8. Changes & Entire Agreement
We may update these Terms. Continued business constitutes acceptance. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and accepted orders, form the entire agreement.
